Design:
The development and implementation of "A Passion for Life"
a themeline designed to capture the spirit of this dynamic organization
and unite them in a common mission.
Implementation:
We began with a variety of pre-event communications designed to
build anticipation and prepare the audience for a new way to think
about their role in the company. At the meeting - original music
- a dramatic set design - prominent guest speakers - and custom designed
workshops and teambuilding exercises - all combined to motivate the attendees
to enthusiastically embrace the culture shift.
Results: Feedback
from the meeting - from the president to the support staff was overwhelmingly
positive. Mission accomplished.
